Job Title

AI Operations Specialist

About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled, execution-oriented AI Operations Specialist to help Harbinger adopt, implement, and scale the use of artificial intelligence across the business. This person will work closely with the Operations Manager, Operations Coordinators, and cross-departmental leaders to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build practical AI-driven systems that improve efficiency and support company goals.

This is not a leadership role and does not operate independently from the broader operational roadmap. The AI Operations Specialist will receive clear direction on where to investigate, what problems to prioritize, and which initiatives matter most over at least the first 12 months. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, highly technical, and comfortable executing AI and automation projects with ownership, clarity, and speed.
