Job Title

Digital Marketer

About The Job

This is an in-office full time position and is located in Tyrone, Georgia.

The Digital Marketer (DM) is the direct point of contact for Marketing Directors (MDs) regarding all things digital for their partners. This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration — driving results across advertising, SEO, analytics, and technical setup.

As a DM, you’ll manage the full digital marketing ecosystem for assigned partners, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, cohesive, and performance-driven. You’ll collaborate with internal departments, coordinate with specialists, and take ownership of reporting, optimization, and partner communication — all while being supported through ongoing training and mentorship.

This isn’t a “stay in your lane” position. It’s an opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact — for our partners, our team, and your own career path.

Who You Are

  • Team-Oriented & Collaborative: You thrive in a team setting and value partnership with both internal departments and external partners.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You turn performance data into meaningful insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Curious & Growth-Minded: You’re always learning — testing new strategies, exploring trends, and seeking better ways to drive results.
  • Organized & Reliable: You manage multiple projects effectively, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You don’t just spot problems — you bring forward solutions that make systems and outcomes better.

Our Culture

At Harbinger, we are people-first. We prioritize integrity, shared wins, and professional excellence without sacrificing personal connection. Collaboration is a core value — the best work happens when we combine strengths and diverse perspectives.

We challenge each other. We laugh a lot. We push for better. And we believe every team member should feel empowered to speak up, take initiative, and keep growing.

Training & Development

We’re serious about investing in our people. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Regular mentorship and peer review sessions.
  • Certification support (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Analytics).
  • Professional development stipends for books, courses, or events.
  • Quarterly growth planning with your manager to identify and pursue career goals.
