About Harbinger

Harbinger helps growing businesses build scalable, repeatable sales engines. Through our Sales Consulting services, we partner directly with clients to design, launch, and operate lead generation, omni-channel outreach, and CRM-driven sales systems that produce real pipeline and revenue.

We don’t just advise from the sidelines — we embed ourselves in our partners’ sales motions and help execute alongside them.

Role Overview

The Sales Consulting Manager (SCM) leads the day-to-day operation and continued growth of Harbinger’s Sales Consulting department.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance people management, partner strategy, sales expertise, and operational judgment. The SCM manages the Sales Consulting Coordinator team, oversees department performance, supports key partner needs, and ensures that commitments to partners are delivered with clear ownership and follow-through. The SCM works alongside team members who own day-to-day partner relationships and campaign execution, stepping in personally when leadership, coaching, or higher-level decision-making is needed.

The SCM reports to the Director of Sales and serves as the operational owner of the Sales Consulting service line.
