About the Role
We are looking for a high-level UI/UX Web Designer to lead the design of modern, conversion-focused websites across a wide range of industries.
This role is not just about producing clean designs — it’s about owning the design experience from concept to execution, bringing strategy, structure, and visual excellence together.
You will work within a well-defined system alongside Project Managers, Marketing Directors, and Developers — allowing you to focus fully on design without client communication responsibilities.

Our Work
We design and build two primary types of websites:
1. High-End Custom Websites
Fully custom UI/UX design projects where you will:
- Define layout, structure, and visual direction from scratch
- Create high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build engaging, modern, conversion-focused experiences

2. Template-Based Websites (Elevated Design)
We also work with high-quality Webflow templates and expect designers to:
- Transform templates into fully branded, unique experiences
- Upgrade UI elements (buttons, textures, layouts, interactions)
- Push designs beyond “template feel” into polished, custom-quality outcomes

Key Focus: AI-Enabled Design (VIBE)
A critical part of this role is helping us lead the adoption of AI-enabled UI/UX design workflows, including:
- VIBE design tools
- AI-assisted layout and ideation tools
- Rapid prototyping and iteration workflows
We are looking for someone who is not just comfortable with AI tools — but excited to push the boundaries of how design is created, iterated, and delivered.
How We Work
Our process is structured to support strong design execution:
- A Project Manager develops a clear design brief including:
- Visual direction
- Color palette
- Brand goals
- Homepage structure
- Designers work independently within that framework
- Designs are reviewed internally (Creative Direction + PM)
- Marketing Directors manage all client communication
Primary Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Execution
- Design complete website experiences (UX + UI)
- Create wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Ensure responsive, scalable design across devices
- Deliver polished, development-ready design systems
Experience & Conversion Thinking
- Structure websites around user flow and conversion goals
- Apply strong hierarchy, clarity, and usability principles
- Balance aesthetics with performance and business outcomes
Template Elevation
- Take Webflow templates and significantly elevate their design quality
- Customize and refine UI elements to align with brand identity
- Push designs beyond standard implementations
AI & Workflow Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality
- Help refine internal workflows using AI and automation
- Contribute to evolving how our team designs at scale
Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers and Developers
- Provide clear, organized design files for handoff
- Support development and QA when needed
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years in UI/UX design (web-focused)
- Strong portfolio of modern website design work
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of responsive design
- Familiarity with Webflow (preferred)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (helpful – not required)
- Experience using AI-assisted design tools

Role Details
- Location: Remote (Varna-based)
- While the role is fully remote, we regularly bring the team together in Varna for in-person work sessions, collaboration, and team-building. These are important to us as we continue building a strong, connected team culture.
- Long-term, we may establish a physical office, but remote flexibility will remain part of how we operate
