The Project Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of multiple website development projects – from kickoff to launch and post-launch updates. The role requires close coordination between Designers, Developers, SEO and marketing stakeholders, and Management to ensure projects stay aligned with scope, timelines, quality standards, and internal capacity.
The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll help create & maintain clear project documentation (website plans, content documentation, briefs, specs, and meeting notes), track progress and risks, and support smooth execution across multiple concurrent projects. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) is essential, and a basic understanding of website development workflows and best practices (UX/UI, QA, deployment) is a strong advantage.
In this role, you will help manage changes and risks during execution, coordinate workloads and dependencies across team members, and collaborate closely with Project Manager, other Project Coordinators to continuously improve the team’s workflows and tools. You’ll also provide ongoing support for onboarded Partners, including coordinating website updates and ensuring stable, smooth functionality.

Harbinger Marketing has an established and growing team in Bulgaria, with a strong presence in Varna and team members working from different locations across the country. This role will begin as a full-time remote position with occasional in-person touchpoints in Varna. As we continue to expand our local operations and open an office in Varna, the position may transition to a hybrid setup for Varna-based team members.
Salary range: 1250-1500 EUR (net)
