The Project Manager plays a central role in owning the end-to-end delivery of website assessments, website builds, and related digital initiatives – from discovery and planning through launch. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close coordination across Design, Development, Marketing/SEO, Content, external vendors, and Leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in driving clarity and accountability. You will define project requirements, scope, priorities, and success criteria; build delivery plans and timelines; allocate responsibilities based on team capacity and expertise; and continuously monitor progress and quality. You’ll maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
In this role, you will proactively identify risks, issues, and deviations from process, and drive preventive or corrective actions to keep delivery on track. You’ll partner with leadership and internal teams on effort estimates, resourcing, and budget forecasts, and you will monitor project financials to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals. You’ll also support the ongoing management of client websites when needed and continuously improve the team’s processes, tools, and ways of working.
